Location

Navelgas is a village situated in the Municipality of Tineo which is placed in the north west of the region of Asturias, in the North of Spain. It takes about 100 kms. from Oviedo, capital city of Principality of Asturias. There are two main ways to get to Navelgas: by the coast road or by the inland road.

Inland/ Tineo

From Oviedo, Gijón, Avilés and Asturias´ Airport direction to La Espina (N-634). Continue to Tineo (AS-216), and take detour to Bárcena del Monasterio (AS-217), and Navelgas (AS-219).

Coast/ Luarca

From Oviedo, Gijón, Avilés and Asturias´ Airport direction to A Coruña (N-632, N-634 or E-70). Get into Luarca and take detour direction to Pola de Allande (AS-219) until you arrive to Navelgas.

FROM THE AIRPORT

Navelgas 2008 WGC Host Committee will have at your disposal a shuttle bus service between Airport and Navelgas, twice at day on 18th, 19th, 20th and 21st of July. To specify the best time table, you can get information in: info@navelgasoro.com (Subject: Airport Transport).
