 “Barciaecus” Goldpanners Association

 “Barciaecus” Goldpanners Association was been created ten years ago with the aim to involve themselves into the World Goldpanning Movement, which is faced up to get a leisure and tourist profit. Since then, the Association has travel along the Five Continents, visiting the main gold sites where it took place the best gold exploitations of the world.

"Barciaecus" Association has a high number of members, who have the purpose to strengthen the zone, trying to make it known to everybody in the world who looks for this precious metal and everything this sport entails, and with the peculiarity to “respect and defend the Nature and all the fauna and flora resources to keep the base of the Life in our planet”.

Since the foundation, they have took part, representing the Spanish Goldpanning national team, in several World and European Championships. Every year, on July, they organize the National Championship in Navelgas, and here a lot of people from all over the world take part. In 2005 the European Championship was celebrated in Navelgas, and in 2008 will be the site of World Goldpanning Championship venue.
